Shower Program

We need the following NEW clothing in all sizes

 

For Men

• T-shirts

• Socks

• Underwear

 

For Women

• Sports Bras

• Socks

• Underwear

 

We provide clean clothing to guests prior to each shower.​

Nowhere else do clients receive a brand new pair of underwear, T-shirt, and socks before entering the shower. This is a real testament to the dignity of the human being in our presence.

We need gently used, clean clothing without holes, stains, or pet hair -- that is suitable for street wear. We especially need Men's clothing.

• Men’s jeans (esp. waists 30-34)

• Hoodies

• Sweat pants

• Sneakers or work boots only

• T-shirts (long and short sleeves)

• Jackets

 

You can also purchase items from your favorite thrift store to donate.

We need the following food items:

​

• Bottled water - individual

• Cans of soda

• Snacks: a variety of individually-wrapped food bars, cookies, goldfish packets, turkey jerkey

• Cup-a-soup

• Spam

 

We especially appreciate healthier & gluten-free choices

For the furry friends of the unhoused we also need:

 

• Dried cat & dog food

We also need these items which we provide "as-needed" to the most vulnerable.

• Tarps (at least 10x15)

• Blankets

• 4-6 person tents

• Sleeping bags

• Gift cards for gas & Walmart

 

We also need the following items to fill toiletry bags:

• Body wipes

• Feminine pads & tampons

• Sunscreen

• Gloves

• Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap (travel size)

• Toothbrushes and toothpaste (travel size)

• Mouthwash (travel size)

• Razors (Gillette)

• Deodorant

• Floss

• Toilet paper

• Individual Kleenex packs

• Comb and brush

• Handwarmers

• 2.5 gallon “ziplock” baggies to hold the items​​​
